Real Estate Trends in India
In February of 2024, a group of US Based real estate professionals, led by Trisha Roy, visited India. This Trade Mission, which spanned 6 cities over 12 days, led to a discovery of what India has to offer.

The consensus: India offers a depth and scale of amenitized real estate that is comparable to the best in the world. When India rolls out luxury - they know what they are talking about!

India's heritage and culture is steeped into centuries of opulence, back in the times when Maharaja's and Sultans lived in India. While India embraces Democracy, the cultural wealth and richness of these times have been selectively included in India's real estate offerings.

Delhi - Where it all began
This group of enthusiastic Realtors arrived into New Delhi, India's capital. We stayed at the Le Meridien in the Diplomatic Enclave. We were greeted with great cordiality by the hotel staff.

That same evening, we ate dinner at the Bukhara - one of Delhi's most famous restaurants. Most US Presidents visit the Bukhara.

Indian Hospitality
One of many receptions/gatherings held by our associates in India. This one was an exclusive gathering by the New Delhi chapter of the National Association of Realtors - India.

We left this gathering early - to catch a train to Agra - to view the Taj, next morning.
The Mercedes Bus
This bus took us all over India's golden triangle, and all over Delhi, Agra Ranthanbhore, and Jaipur - though we did not take the bus to Agra.

We took the train - our Realtors woke up at 4 am, to take the morning train from New Delhi to Agra...
