Trisha Roy is a global real estate and business coach, and has deep ties to both the Indian Diospora in the United States, as well as with her real estate associates and partners in India. Trisha holds the National Association of Realtors' world renowned Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation, and she also teaches this designation around the country and in Canada.

Born and raised in India, and educated in graduate schools of both USA and India, Trisha understands and embodies the cultural practices, norms and heritage of India, and deeply celebrates her Indian roots.

In her work, she has made it her mission to help reinforce the ties between Indian and US Realtors. In the past two years, Trisha has been able to facilitate signing of Memoranda of Understanding between National Association of Realtors-India, and Florida Realtors, Olando Realtors, as well as Jacksonville Realtors. In November of 2024, with Trisha's help, NAR-India signed their first Memorandum of Understanding with Stellar MLS - thus opening the door to bringing this valuable service to India's real estate industry.
